  I worked as a brand ambassador going out in the field to different events may they be beer focused or not in order to educate and showcase to folks on the different brands my company had to offer. At big events like beer festivals, I would compete against other breweries from around the area to form relationships with new potential customers. A couple times a year I would be sent to different trade shows to set up a fully working draft beer bar to give people the experience of drinking in a craft brewery. More commonly I would go to smaller private events that my company sponsored in order to build a good relationship with the community. We were heavily involved in the active lifestyle of Houston, having a cycling team and a running club which participated in area charity races and fundraisers. At all of these events I was responsible for acquiring, packing, and transporting everything I would need to host such events. From hauling kegs of beer and merchandise to give out as samples, to other folks personal belongings during multiple day bike races. Show less
