  The Review Times is a small-town newspaper in northwest Ohio. As a reporter/photographer for a small-staffed business, my job description encompasses a plethora of responsibilities, including: generating and assigning daily articles and photographs; forming and maintaining professional relationships with business and community leaders; training incoming staff on day-to-day tasks; editing articles and photos and putting pages together for print; managing day-to-day social media content and posting to the web; and clerical work, such as taking phone calls, speaking with customers and checking the email.
