Morgan was an exceptional intern while working within the HR Team at TCi Tire Centers. Her role was to directly support the Internal Communications Manager; however, Morgan typically supported the goals of HR or TCi in a much broader fashion. As a truly engaged employee, Morgan was motivated to learn and contribute. Morgan proved herself a strong writer developing employee based articles for communication throughout the company. Morgan managed the process from the initial employee interview to publication on the website, National Business Meeting videos or other communication channels. Morgan grew to essentially manage the TCi Intranet website, our primary tool for employee communication. Morgan worked on several projects including the launch of the TCimpact Fund, an employee relief fund which was a first for Michelin NA. Morgan worked well everyone in the organization from the Senior Executives to her peer group in HR. Her presentations to the Leadership Team on various topics proved clear, concise and presented with confidence.
