This facility currently has 75 fulltime employees, that work on-site in the following departments: manufacturing, fabrication, maintenance, shipping & receiving, trucking/transportation, office personnel, and the industrial painting and coating division. ▪ I assisted in the planning, then implemented all safety related training and mentoring for all employees at the facility. ▪ I preformed basic first aid on employees (when required) ▪ I conducted facility wide safety meetings, ▪ I maintained the employees and the company specific safety files, training records, and certifications ▪ I assisted with purchasing supplies and equipment pertaining to safety inspections, any personnel protection equipment (PPE) first aid kits/supplies, and firefighting equipment. ▪ I performed site safety inspections, and if any issues were found during these inspections, they were documented on reports. These reports listed the issues that were discovered, and my recommendations for corrective actions/preventive measures.
