Morgan is one of the best team members I've had the pleasure of working with. Somehow she is always able to get her work done, accommodate many requests in a timely fashion, and still be the life of the office - always laughing and bringing up everyone's spirits. Her understanding of cash movement in a multi-fund level company was superb. She will undoubtedly be an asset to any team in any industry.

Led the Program Management function for the Hospitality Design Studio during a period of high growth (36% staff increase). Cross-functionally managed 15+ concurrent large scale design projects and oversaw resource allocation across all projects. Under my management the studio completed its first project phase under budget. Some example responsibilities of mine in this role include the creation and implementation of new scalable processes, conducting regular project status meetings with executives, interviewing new potential candidates, and managing the onboarding of new-hires. I attribute my success in this role to my ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively (including having challenging conversations) as well as creating trust and camaraderie amongst team members. Responsibilities included overseeing the purchase, quality control, and delivery coordination of furniture selections for 9+ residential design projects with an overall budget of around $36M USD. Successfully managed through several high-pressure situations, such as requesting expedited completion. Skills demonstrated in this role include strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and effective communication inside and outside of the organization. My development of a new final reconciliation process for projects saved the company hundreds of hours of human effort and became a standard procedure. 643 Capital Management is a private equity firm focused on the acquisition of single family residences. The firm purchased, renovated, and leased the acquired assets with the intention to sell for profit in the future. 634 Capital managed 13 funds containing 3400+ properties across the United States. My main responsibility was to manage the cash flow for our funds by forecasting capital requirements to purchase and repair property, then initiate capital calls to investors to ensure proper funding. I led six contractors to build a property tax database from which I administered tax payments to various entities with no delinquent payments, helping our firm to avoid lien claims on our properties. This role provided me with visibility and a high level perspective into the company that allowed me to anticipate and act on its needs before they arose. Dana Herbert Accessories is a women’s fashion accessory company with <5 employees. Similar to a traditional start up, I was involved in many aspects of the business. I gained experience in working from concept to the sale of a physical product. My main focus was to manage day to day sales operations and inventory management. I successfully contributed to decreasing excess inventory by 20% though inventory forecasts and increasing customer reorder rate by 16% by expanding our customer relations efforts, such as post-sale check-ins. I led two young children with an emphasis on communicating in English and sharing the American culture. I established monthly benchmarks of English proficiency to track language development. Through my unique and playful tutoring sessions, I inspired the children have a desire to want to learn and participate in the English lessons. At the end of one year, the children's language development exceed their parent's expectations of growth.
