A founding partner, with responsibility for speaker selection, topic curation, talks agenda, production oversight, and social media. A team of three, we collectively built and ran a rather wonderful two day international conference, for iOS and OS X professionals and Swift language enthusiasts (and we'd do it again!).@SwiftSummit | swiftsummit.com A founding partner, with responsibility for speaker selection, topic curation, talks agenda, production oversight, and social media. As the founding organiser, I have overall responsibility for many things. In formal mode: strategic and operational oversight for education, outreach, partnerships, community developer relations, events planning, and social media. We're a small education startup, "dogfooding" our own services (which is nicer than it sounds), and spending most of our time growing through doing, learning, and doing again. In the beginning a gathering of Swift-curious developers, Swift London has quickly developed into a structured program of talks, workshops, and experimental evenings for the London Swift community. We have ambitions to expand into programming education for recent graduates, young adults and London's creative industries. If you'd like to get involved, we'd be very happy to hear from you. • Junior iOS Developer / Swift
      • Jun 2013 - Jun 2015

A young iOS contractor for hire. I like working in small teams, learning from others, and dancing on pinheads - small projects with defined deadlines, where I can hone my skills, and build something that's a joy to use. Areas of current interest include all things Swift, doing interesting things with iBeacons, mesh networking, typographic user interfaces, and unusual notification services. As the Founder of Swift London, I am also well versed in the current and projected near-future of the Swift programming language. If your project involves Swift, or part translation of your codebase to Swift, I am happy to help with the transition (or coordinate a small team of early Swift adopters to assist).

Digital publishing startup, building a notification centred mobile platform to bring readers and authors closer together. The project is in deep freeze, ready to be woken when the stars align. If you're in the business of aligning stars, then we should probably talk. Digital publishing startup, building a notification centred mobile platform to bring readers and authors closer together.
