I am currently undergoing a 20 week placement at Befriend a Child, where I assist the Fundraising and Marketing team in a range of different projects. The current projects I am included in are: - The Christmas Giving Tree Appeal - Executing a market plan for the 2023 Kilt Walk - Sourcing information for monthly newsletters - Planning a student event Giving Tree Appeal - With the help from over 90 local businesses, we managed to raise almost £14,000 for children around Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire who are growing up in difficult or challenging life situations.
