  As an ABA therapist, I work one to one with young children on the autism spectrum and aid their ability to everyday life skills that will hopefully be utilized later on in their life at home, school, and within their community. Each kid has a preset behavior plan organized and created by the BCBA, and my job is to implement the behavior plan with the child while they are at the clinic.
