Working with a team of approximately 10 Filipino staff to teach and supervise the interior fit out and infusion on the Landmark projects. In June of 2008 went to France for 3 weeks with hull number two for warranty work and race modifications. Successfully worked on all 5 Landmarks constructed. Constructed composite racing yachts (IRC40 and IRC46 classes). Worked on the ‘WindJet’ land yacht construction in order for it to attempt the world record for a wind powered land vehicle. This included laminating and general construction. Promoted to Project Manager for full setup and production of a resin infused sailing dinghy (RS Elite) in August 2007. Supervised teams of 5-8 Thai staff who had never worked in the boat building industry previously and spoke little to no English.
