  After graduating high school I made the decision to attend Wallace State Community College in the Fall of 2015. It was shortly after i had registered that I became part of a program that changed my life. TRIO helps students to succeed and look for the future. I spent most of my time in the lab as a student and throughout those 2-3 years i have been able to network and grow in my communication and social skills. It was then that TRIO offered me the position to become a tutor and of course I accepted.   The Evans Law Firm was one of the greatest experiences I have had in the legal field. I learned to file important and classified documents to the legal system while receiving phone calls and transferring them to our attorneys. Taking the roll as a Paralegal allowed me to practice my research skills along with my social skills on many different occasions.   Blount County 911 allowed me to see a quick and multitasking side of life I was not aware of. This position requires intense focus and very close hearing attention. I personally had problems in the hearing side but worked hard to manage it and move forward. There were many terms and things i did not know about and due to 911 I am now able to say that i can take phone calls and type while still being aware of what other situations that could appear at any second.
