I had the pleasure to work with Mora Rohner this past year at Reebok, where she was a valuable member of the Corporate Communications and Global PR team. As a 16-year Reebok employee, and current Director of Corporate Communications, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many people through our internship and apprentice programs – some who are still with Reebok many years later. Mora is right at the top of a long list of some of the finest people we’ve had come through the program. I would recommend her for position at your company. Her work ethic, dedication, and ability to work well above what would be expected at her level is truly outstanding. While working at our fast-paced Boston office, Mora showed herself to be not only willing to take on any project or challenge, but to be willing to go outside of her comfort zone in a sincere effort to learn and grow. She adapted to a very challenging environment, learned, and contributed very quickly. Her writing skills, ability to process information, solve problems, ask the right questions and produce quality work was on display throughout her time at Reebok. Also, importantly, Mora faced some true adversity during her time with us. When the COVID-19 crisis hit, Mora, like many college students, was in a particularly tough situation. While full-time employees could retreat to their homes and work until the office reopened, Mora was faced with a more challenging decision. After consulting with me she made the decision to leave Boston and go home. Because of the independence, attention to detail, and hard work she exhibited during her time in the office, I was confident that, despite the significant time difference, she would be able to continue to work at a high level and meet all of her responsibilities. And I was proven correct. Mora was dedicated, often staying up very late to join conference calls and work on projects. She truly rose to the challenge. It was not easy, but is a testament to her dedication and commitment. Mora is very responsible, always willing to jump in a help out wherever help is needed. She is team-oriented and would be a welcome addition to any organization.
