Bio
Dr.Ing. Prashant Tyagi
I know Mr Monu Mishra for the past five years, we worked together in III-Nitride group. Mr Mishra posses strong command on semiconductor physics and has a very good hand on experience in XPS characterization technique. Mr Mishra is a very helpful person, who never hesitate to give his helping hand to the needful. Moreover, I personly deeply appreciate his candour. I wish him good luck and I strongly believe he would achieve a good place among the scientific thinker pool in the near future.

I have worked with Monu for the past nine months but have known about him and his group since my Ph.D. days. He is an excellent researcher with an aggressive nature to finish projects, which is a much appreciable trait. He is also a good natured person and is able to mix easily with disparate groups of people. I recommend him as a researcher particularly in the area of Materials Science. He is an expert on XPS and is able to provide good insights into data. Further, working on UHV systems, especially one as sophisticated as XPS requires some degree of skill which Monu possesses in abundance, having handled a system for several years.
