Montasser was one of the pioneer EPC team members that joined the newly established then; CCC Engineering and Procurement Services Office. He navigated his way through this setup boldly and confidentially until he became the head of CCC Central Procurement Department. His principal duty was to manage mainly the supply of all engineered material and equipment for the various EPC projects executed by CCC. This was later complemented as well with supply of all major and bulk construction material and major subcontract awards. During his services within CCC, he possessed keen understanding of the key elements necessary to undertake his responsibilities and had the essential talents & expertise for completing his designated tasks in timely and proficient manners. Montasser was competent, organized and methodical in his approach towards his job even under the most trying circumstances. This has been continuously demonstrated in his daily dealings with his subordinates leading his team towards achieving the ever-challenging budgets and goals for the various projects which he supported. Moreover, Montasser revealed an unrelenting willingness in contributing with the various project managements in undertaking convoluted tasks even away from his regular line of duties achieving extra savings on majority of the purchase orders and subcontracts awarded by his department. In conclusion, he was a great asset to CCC EPC team.
