While working as an engineer in Ammonia plant, I got the opportunity to closely work with Monjur. He has excellent power of observation and very strong in basic engineering knowledge. His in depth knowledge on subjects and positive attitude made him able to solve complex problems easily and effectively. It is worth mentioning that he successfully completed two major overhauling of NG turbine and Synthesis Gas compressor that enables our plant to run at its maximum capacity. Besides, he has excellent report writing and presentation skills along with good communication skills, that undoubtedly added values to his career. I wish him success in his career.

Mr Monjur joined KAFCO as an engineer under RMCM & MP section (Maintenance planning and Rotary machine condition monitoring). He mainly worked as an vibration analyst to check the condition of the compressors, turbines and other machines throughout the Ammonia, Urea and Utility plant. He got excellent communication skills and good analytical skills to solve the problems before any breakdown. He was involved in planning of the major overhaul of TA-2015 and TA-2019. During major overhauling in 2015 and 2019 i saw him working hard and carried out the overhauling work smoothly for major overhaul of NG compressor and turbine respectively. He is working in this field for more than 6 years and recently he became an Certified Vibration Analyst, Certified by "MOBIUS INSTITUTE", Malaysia. He is a highly motivated person with good productivity . He is a person easy to work with, really a good team player. I can assure that he will be an asset for any organization. I wish him a very happy and prosperous life.
