🔵 Premiered in collaboration with the executive management team, the conceptualization and the implementation of Cardiovascular diagnostic department presently used to drive the medical and organisational agenda of the medical centre, which facilitated significant improvement in patient care, reduction in mortality rate and hospitalization of CVD patients.🔵 I successfully optimized efficiencies across the department even during Covid-19 times, by defining performance metrics, setting up efficient patient appointment system, conducting evaluative tracking, monitoring progress, and reporting on results which has resulted in reduction of physician burnout and improved clinic efficiency. 🔵 I was charged with the management of cases related to cardiovascular diseases (including chest pain management, Stroke case management (alongside neurologist), Heart failure and heart attack case management, Cardio-oncology, Pregnancy related hypertension & heart disease, Risk stratification and scoring for cardiovascular diseases, Preventive cardiology, heart and comprehensive health check) in both in-patient and out-patient clinics.
