"Monisha was my colleague for three years at Etisalat in Retail Operations. She never complained about the complexity or the size of the tasks assigned to her. The fact she handled compliance responsibilities for entire Dubai region which consists of more than 40 Retail stores is a testament to her willingness to undertake challenges. She handled Sharjah and Ajman regions along with Dubai region for a brief period when there was a shortage of staff. She was officially nominated as the SPOC to address queries from other departments regarding compliance and handled that task as well in addition to her daily duties. Even her colleagues from compliance team used to seek her advice. She was part of the team in which I was also a member that drafted the documentation for changes in existing policies and she amazed me with her shrewdness when she highlighted many minute points in the draft which were in conflict with existing policies in a subtle way and was very vital in addressing the intricacies of documentation to align it with the standards of existing products and services.
