I worked with Monique at the Westin Imagine Orlando. I was hired to be the Banquet Chef, but took an hourly role do to budget constraints. Even though I was not technically a manager, she was a consummate professional. Monique realized I was the person producing all of her Banquets, she made sure I understood the clients needs and communicated very clearly. In her eyes we were a team to make our guests happy and we were very successful doing so. Monique worked through a change in Management and kept moving forward without a hitch. I was very impressed with her poise and quality leadership. Monique always came into the kitchen to ask when a client wanted something extra, needed a special request or needed a change last minute. To make any request possible Monique would assist in any way she could, before giving the guest the answer. That is quality professional when you understand the companies limitations, and you still get it done despite the limitations.

Hardworking, Dependable and Organized come to mind when I think of Monique. She is someone that always wears a smile and can make a friend with a stranger in a blink! Monique is an invaluable asset to our company and any team would be lucky to have her.
