  As the Closing Coordinator of JPP, Monique primarily focuses on the underwriting and closing of the Company’s capital markets’ activities. With more than 15 years of finance and real estate experience, Monique has been responsible for underwriting, asset managing, and/or closing more than $100mm of real estate transactions. Her exposure to all phases of a loan’s life cycle makes her a key component to streamlining JPP’s processes.
