Utilizes SCORES GUI (graphical user interface) to create and maintain the appropriate setup structure and system configuration to compile, group, filter, statistically grade and evaluate Surveys data.Works independently and cooperatively with the operational/technical team to facilitate efficient and accurate production and maintenance of SCORES databases, forms and reports.Defines page/field mapping of result forms (TELEforms) in accordance to the SCORES bill of material, kit instructions and other e-LAB Solutions requirements to generate hardcopy and online fulfillment.Monitors and leads the data summarization and statistical analysis process using predefined requirements as established by the technical and resource committee staff. Maintains continual communication with these entities to actively manage an iterative process of data review and grading refinements before evaluation.Initiates and coordinates all activities involved with the generation of SCORES evaluations (including test, original, subsequent original, late and final and revision evaluations). Verifies the presentation and entitlement of evaluations on the Web (e-LAB Solutions).Creates professionally formatted participant summary reports from downloaded SCORES data using Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Promotes these documents to the Web (e-LAB Solutions) utilizing Documentum software.Reviews all outputs for completeness and accuracy and assists Technical Specialists with troubleshooting data anomalies.Provides back-up support to new and fellow Operations Specialists.Prioritizes multiple tasks to efficiently manage a diverse and dynamic project workload.Assists with enhancement testing and validation of new systems.Triages non-routine participant requests/issues from customer service and data capture, responding to phone/email inquiries when necessary.Performs functions other than those listed above to ensure proper functioning of the Surveys Department.
