Certified Forest Therapy Guide
-
Jun 2021 - Present
Forest Bathing is a health and wellness opportunity which allows the participants to experience the more-than-human world through their senses. It is an immersion experienced through a series of invitations. Studied results of participation include a reduction in stress causing cortisol levels and loneliness. Each walk allows participants to move through the prescribed sequence at a pace that feels good for them while increasing their connection to the natural world and the group as a whole. Designed for transformation of self, teams, and families. Indications point towards recovery from eco-trauma as well as a platform in which to move through addiction. Please contact for more information and scheduling.
