During my placement year, I worked in Paris as an Assistant International Product Manager at Eclor. This very rewarding role involved working with design agencies to develop packaging for new beverages, as well as updating the packaging of existing products. I was also able to design brand campaigns, including developing slogans, social media pages, in-store posters and trade leaflets. I greatly improved my organisational skills through organising numerous stands at trade shows. This culminated in co-organising Eclor's stand at SIAL Paris 2018, the world's largest food innovation exhibition. In addition to the day-to-day administrative roles, I undertook one group project and two individual projects. One of the individual projects involved developing new procedures to enable the company to comply with financial regulations. This developed my project management skills as I was responsible both for the planning and execution of the project.
