The Night Cat

  The Night Cat is a 500 cap live music venue in the heart of Melbourne's arts hub, Fitzroy. As one of Fitzroy's longest running venue's, the space has hosted a plethora of local and international artists of all genre's for over 25 years. My role as Booker and Marketing Associate spans across a number of aspects of the venue's operation - from social media, ticketing, artist liaison, event curation and graphic design. The Toff In Town/Boney Bandroom

  As Band Booker at both The Toff in Town and Boney, I work within a small team of individuals solely responsible for programming entertainment 7 days a week across two of Melbourne's most reputable inner-city venues. The role spans over a range of responsibilities, including the curation and coordination of live music and club events, artist and team liaison, back-end admin duties and the maintenance of company social media platforms. My current role is highly creative as well as strategy based, fulfilling an A&R type position within the venues including maintenance of company budgets and marketing/branding strategies. Host to a plethora of international acts as well as local musicians, The Toff in Town and Boney Bandroom remain two of the city's most successful nightspots.

  As Venue Booker and Entertainment Coordinator at The Gasometer Hotel, I was responsible for programming entertainment 6 days a week across three bandrooms. Much like my current role, my position was widespread with duties including the curation and coordination of live music and club events, artist and team liaison, back-end admin and the maintenance of company social media platforms. My position also included day to day event related admin duties including ticketing, budget maintenance, daily reports and weekly briefings with staff and management.



Good Manners Music

  During my time at management company and Record Label - Good Manners Music, I fulfilled the role of Events Coordinator and Social Media Management. Alongside the CEO, I was responsible for the curation and coordination of label-artist and company fronted events, as well as the maintenance of social media platforms. Highlights include the sold out official closing night of Melbourne Music Week curated in collaboration with the city of Melbourne. Alongside events, I was solely responsible for company and affiliated artist copy as well as government proposal and grant requests.
