I handle the business side of the team, including accounting, finance, marketing, product research, product testing, external communication, etc. I also work on hand with product development by supporting the tech team. The whole idea of Kakvei is to deliver an effective tool for people, especially writers, to convert Khmer transliteration to Khmer script and to check Khmer documents and writings for spelling and grammatical mistakes. It's challenging due to the complexity of Khmer words, but it's been in our best interest to successfully create an effective tool because we want to see more people using Khmer characters, being more exposed to Khmer characters instead of Khmer transliteration, and the Khmer script they are exposed to are correct.
