Monika was part of my CS team for one of our agency's international clients. When Monika joined the team, we were in the process of launching a pilot project for CEE markets (9 countries). This involved a lot of hands-on-work having to set up processes and procedures. Monika quickly built a relationship with the different market leads which was fundamental for our cooperation with the client. As the scope grew for the client, Monika became responsible for one specific line of business and managed this as part of her main responsibility within the team. Building relationship with clients is something that I set as a priority within my teams.
