I coordinated the development, use, maintenance and sustainability of Frontline AIDS’ DHIS2 instance, in alignment with the organisation’s monitoring and evaluation strategy. This included responsibility for upgrades, onboarding new programs, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. I continued to coordinate the global implementation of Frontline AIDS’ community-based human rights monitoring and response system called Rights-Evidence-Action (REAct), which uses DHIS2 to document and monitor cases of human rights abuses and violations. I also ensured the efficient collection and cleaning of data from 36 partner organisations in 28 countries that resulted in the timely production of aggregated annual programmatic, financial and strategy data.
