2012 – 2014 Deputy Commercial Manager. I worked on a £200m framework reconstructing and refurbishing 8 TfL Structures and Tunnels. I built excellent relationships with our joint-venture partner, stakeholders and client and was responsible for advising and supporting the project management team on contractual issues. 2010 – 2012 I worked on two large and complex highways schemes for the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics Projects that put in place a road network which ensured reliable journey times for all involved in the Games. The successful delivery of those projects won the prestigious “Most Outstanding Contribution to London” award (Institute of Civil Engineers), as well as the “Major Project of the Year” (Balfour Beatty) and was heralded as a tremendous success by both officials and press. - Project Controls and acting as Assistant Project Manager for the delivery of temporary and permanent highways schemes (Olympic Route Network - clients: TfL and Olympic Delivery Authority). I was in charge of the finances and management of a complex supply chain and played an active role in delivering an extensive scope on budget. I supported the Project Manager in managing scope of work, its variations and in identifying critical issues. - Project Controls and Coordination on Venue Management project (client: Olympic Delivery Authority). I developed and distributed high quality project performance reports and acted as a Credit Controller ensuring a positive cash flow. I ensured effective management of this joint-venture through the development of Excel tools and reports that allowed for a reliable, effective and fast information and financial data management. I orchestrated extensive communication between the client, the joint-venture partners, stakeholders and subcontractors. 2004 – 2009 Project Coordination of projects for private and public clients including the British Airport Authority & the Parliamentary Estates Directorate &line management of two staff.
