Monika joined my team when Riverbed acquired OPNET Technologies. Monika was amazing; she was able to hit the ground running with all the new systems and Riverbed order process. Monika was assigned some of the toughest Sales People and did her job with extreme professionalisms and always with a smile. She had a way of working with Sales people who didn’t want to follow the process for getting their orders booked, she would guide them and had the ability to get them to see things her way (which was the right way) to get their orders processed. Whenever Monika had any down time she would always reach out to other team members to see if they needed help. Monika would be an asset to any organization and it was my pleasure to work with her. One of the best team players!
