  • Created my own episodes called "Moterys moksle" (Women in Science), which made part of "Mokslo sriuba" programme. The aim of the episodes was to highlight the most inspiring women scientists that have existed throughout history. Not only did I seek to explain their contribution to human knowledge, but also bring attention to the variety of systemic obstacles they had to overcome to reach their goals and have their voices heard.• Wrote press releases and disseminate them to leading news portals ensuring the reach to 3000+ readers every week.• "Mokslo sriuba" is a science popularisation programme weekly broadcasted on a Lithuanian National Television channel LRT Plius.   • Managed two 6-month projects at Panevėžys City Municipality. • Was responsible for all phases of the project: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, completion; stakeholder management; communication and marketing. • First project: developing Industry 4.0 in the region of Panevėžys. Conducted public consultations, developed Industry 4.0 strategy for the region, initiated Industry 4 Panevėžys platform to strenghten knowledge-sharing and collaboration between stakeholders. • Second project: creating model for the implementation of Industry 4.0 strategy in the region of Panevėžys. Conducted public consultations, initiated regional cooperation between six municipalities (letter of intent signed by mayors, staff assigned to coordinate further actions), developed a model for the establishment of an economic development agency in Panevėžys. • "Kurk Lietuvai"​ is a one-year rotation based professionals programme launched by Invest Lithuania​ in partnership with the Lithuanian Government, aimed at Lithuanian talents who have completed their studies in foreign academic institutions or have gained international work experience. • The team of selected professionals works with strategic governmental projects of a wide scope and is provided with an opportunity to participate in high-level decision-making processes.
