Z całym przekonaniem mogę stwierdzić, że Monika to wyjątkowy talent, którego nie spotyka się często. Miałyśmy przyjemność współpracować podczas dwóch edycji Funduszu Sektora 3.0., gdzie Monika była odpowiedzialna za opanowanie kilkudziesięciu osób, w tym mnie. :) Posiada świetne umiejętności organizacyjne i potrafi z łatwością i uśmiechem zarządzać nawet najbardziej złożonymi projektami i osobami. Zna proces projektowy i proces wytwarzania produktów cyfrowych od podszewki, co pozwala jej na skuteczne kierowanie pracami zespołu. Monika ma również dogłębną wiedzę o narzędziach online, z których z łatwością korzysta i pomaga korzystać innym.
