  The ASA-Programm wants to achieve that more students and young professionals think about global issues, commit themselves to a sustainably and socially fair development and look for parnter-ships and constructive conflict management between different cultures and different stages of development in various countries. As a tutor, one guides the scholars during the first stage of the programme, which is preparing them for their stay abroad in order to work in different projects in Africa, Asia, Latin America and East Europe. Within the seminars the tutors take over several responsibilities to organise the seminar. Tasks are to organise speakers to be in accordance with relevant topics, workshops and several units to inform the scholars about the region and intercultural aspects.
