As Director of Adult Education Faculty & Instruction at Triton College, I had the privilege of working with Monika from 2014 – 2019. I observed her teaching on multiple occasions and worked alongside her on curriculum and assessment development, textbook selection, and routine ESL placement. Whether she was teaching a lesson or working with colleagues to develop curricula, she demonstrated a special ability to balance compassion and care with efficiency and excellence. This was complemented by expertise that she has developed over many years of study, teaching, and ongoing professional development, as well as a work ethic and dedication unparalleled among her peers. Monika is, in a word, a teacher-administrator extraordinaire, and any company or educational institution would be privileged to have her on their team.

Ms. Granatowski is an English instructor with the following skills: *Designing culturally-appropriate and responsive curriculum to address the needs of her adult students representing different cultural backgrounds *Developing professional development for faculty to make it more relevant to the changing teaching-learning dynamics including the incorporation of curriculum and student assessment in faculty training *Incorporating creative use of technology in teaching adult students as well as in assessing their skills within the learning continuum.. Ms. Granatowski is an excellent instructor- always open to ideas that will improve student learning. Active in committees that serve to facilitate better instruction and student learning, she is very dependable and can be expected to carry out tasks above and beyond her responsibilities as an instructor. As her former dean, I know how hard she works in order to make her students achieve their learning goals, and for that she will be an excellent addition to any institution that she will be applying for.
