  -Pre Screening - Sourcing & screening the resume as per the requirement through various sources such as Naukri, Linkedin, shine etc-Also Responsible for handling all clients and team-Involve in bulk hiring and using all possible channels of sourcing i.e.job portals (resume search, job posting, mass mailing, sms), references,head hunting and through social networking.-Working on all level positions, front line to middle & senior level.-Identifying candidates on the basis of technical requirements,scheduling interviews and verifying candidates' credentials & careerexpectations.-Coordinating the candidates all over India through mail and phone.-Keeping track of responses and short-listing profiles.-Briefing the candidates regarding the job profile, salary package and organization etc.-Follow up on interview status and update candidate on the Same
