Their expertise in design research methods and innovation strategy inspired our internal teams to consider new ways of working together. Monica is a skilled user experience professional that is very knowledgeable and highly skilled in usability techniques and also a thorough knowledge of human factors methodologies. Her expertise was invaluable during a recent international research study that involved a complex research plan. This project required one on one contextual interviews along with interactions with working prototypes and design evaluations. Of course, research plans are of no value unless they can be executed and successfully carried out which Monica did flawlessly . I would highly recommend Monica for usability research and ergonomic analysis. She is very tenacious in her efforts to understand user behavior. Her hard work and skill helped Our company improve our products in ways we had not thought of and helped us find design solutions that increased our overall user experience. she provided a step-by-step detailed report that gave our engineers and designers a roadmap to execute toward product improvements, many of which can be seen in our new designs. .
