In the Success Center, we aim to help guide struggling college students onto the path of academic success. We provide holistic mentoring and academic support for students who struggle with learning disabilities and other special needs. I manage an office of approximately 10-15 student tutors, handling day to day operations of remediation, accommodation, and success help for college students. We work to help students through time management, study skills, and financial responsibility. We pair mentor tutors with struggling students to come alongside them and grow in their studies. We coach, mentor, and encourage students on their journey towards their degree. I am a member of the academic standing committee and counsel fellow faculty members on student issues and concerns.
