I worked with Monica along the Columbia River when her position was Cruise Director for American Cruise Lines. I found Monica to be a delight to work with! She has a very up beat, bubbly personality and has unending energy! The passengers and staff alike enjoyed Monica. She has a heart for serving others and often goes above and beyond to make sure people are having a good tour. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again someday soon.
