Had the pleasure of working beside Monica for many years at iContact. I thought I knew a lot about email marketing, running promotions, crafting winback campaigns, and how to use Microsoft Excel — that is, until I met Monica. She has taught me a lot about how to delegate, how to ask for help, ha... and how to sort rows; ALL hard things to learn for busy-body creative marketers. My favorite thing about Monica is her ability to be lighthearted with her peers but goal-driven at the same time. Her name may as well be Monica "Metrics" Hoyer! I miss working with her and for her (albeit briefly!)
