Monica is a joy to work with. She is a goal oriented, forceful (in a really very nice way) and decisive in moving projects to their conclusion. She is quick to grasp the situation, develop a plan and implement it. The goals that we set when she first arrived at CJE SeniorLife have been or close to being completed in the time frames that were set. She has changed the way volunteers at CJE SeniorLife are perceived and created exciting volunteer opportunities for them. Michael Koen CJE Board Member and Chairman of Volunteer Services Committee

In addition, Monica's talent for multitasking made her effective in supporting the events and activities of the department staff and volunteers. Monica was quick to learn proceedures and become an important team contributor and leader to a successful project.
