Projects range from live action shoots to fully digital productions, made for TV, online/social, out-of-home and emerging platforms. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining a select network of high-performance production partners and creative talents across a spectrum of disciplines. Assembling the ideal collaborators for specific project requirements. Interviewing and recruiting new team members. Campaign research support: sourcing music, footage, photography, prop references, locations. Presenting art department solutions. Talent scouting, and casting management. Creating “proof of concept” videos, photos and audio. Budget management, basic fee negotiation and preparation of talent contracts. Co-producing live shoots in studio, and on location, in Berlin and abroad. Crews have ranged in size from 4-40 people. Briefing suppliers and supervising the post-production in-studio (sound design, music and voice recording and mixing, edit, motion gfx, colour grade). Contributing creative and technical solutions at executional phases. Performing a dual role as video editor. Corporate photographer/videographer. Managing the localization of assets for our EU / LATAM / APAC markets. Accommodating fast-turnaround adaptation of creative assets in response to live audience testing and analytics. Quality control.
