I managed open jobs in Grid Solutions & Renewable Energy (Alstom legacy) covers Indonesia, Malaysia & Singapore. Do the end-to-end recruitment like brief with hiring manager, posting a job, sourcing, interview, and offer (reference check & onboarding will be handled by dedicated team). Me as a recruiter have to manage the satisfaction of hiring managers by sending weekly report to business leader related to recruitment progress and also showed candidate care as one of our job as Internal Recruiter.It was a greatest opportunity in my career :) but I have to finish my contract since I want to focus on my delivery.
