  I support sales representatives coordinating sales-related activities within the company. Main responsibilities are focused on: • responding to customers inquiries, arranging the development of new items. I work in close conjunction with graphic designers and technical department, translating artwork features and recommending the most suitable technique and the use of the most appropriate materials, sourcing them among our network of partners in Italy and Asia. • handling order processing and block orders for main customers, planning production in the italian premises or in the company subsidiaries in Thailand and China. I plan purchase of materials involved, handle call off requests from vendors and keep stock reports up to date and shared with brand Planning Dept. • verifying pre-production samples and arranging for tests at the main laboratories to ensure compliance to regulations and customer’s RSL, filling technical documents • responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested • attending trade shows and handling follow up leads, planning visits and activities through the sales force, preparing reports to sales representatives and analyzing statistics provided by internal CRM • selecting new materials and products to enlarge company portfolio. Currently in charge of a project regarding sustainability and use of recycled materials
