A Conceptual Design for a future Lounge Bar to be located on K Street, Washington DC. The design was developed on 3D format for Landlord approval. Those looking for a sophisticated social experience in Washington, DC will find it at the Privilege Lounge at its future location on K Street. Saad Jalad Goal, a young entrepreneur in the Washington, DC area, is to offer an exclusive environment to relax for a coffee and dessert during the day. At night it is intended to be a cool place to gather with friends after work or in the evening for drinks. Simple, modern elements are formed from rich materials such as wood, leather, stone and chrome finishes that will create an elegant space. These textures, colors and patterns will be highlighted by integrated colorful light sources to contrast with the lounge clean white scheme. Show less

In charge of all design and construction administration, which included managing and scheduling project set-up, reviewing project for contract compliance, and tracking financial performance of project. Oversee all phases of project design through post-occupancy. Projects include Vapiano (four locations), Kudo Bean, Penn Camera, and City Sports.
