•Student Supervisory Team, The team was formed to help assist the organization with student staffing due to the sharing of three libraries. I was the lead on the team supervising three Information Resource Assistant, Seniors (student supervisors) that were responsible for interviewing and coordinating training. I oversaw over 45 students and was responsible for : Coaching and mentoring student staff timekeeping, scheduling, sharing and encouraging attendance for inclusive events, provided free snacks for the students to help with affordability and wellness, completion of the hire process and develop policies and procedures. This team effort led to me being promoted to Information Resources Supervisor. Project lead on processing course reserves for the library, which included communicating policies with faculty and students, training staff on the process and creating documentation when needed. Project Lead working with outside vendors on behalf of the library, which include ProQuest, JSTOR and EBSCO. The vendors would request library material to be sent or picked up to be scanned for users and this was done by checking out material using a special loan and preparing billing.
