      The Counseling Center's Multicultural Specialist, Monica Mikhaeil, M.A., LPC, NCC, runs a drop-in support service called Mosaic Dialog. This service is a supportive space for students of color of Gustavus Adolphus College to explore and discuss their unique, challenging experiences and concerns with a therapist who will provide support from a culturally responsive lens. Challenging concerns may include cultural adjustment, toxic relationships (roommate, friendships, romantic, family, etc.), sense of inadequacy, academic distress, microaggression, or social isolation, just to name a few. Discussions are 15 minutes at length and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
