I had the privilege of working with Monica at the School city of East Chicago in my role of District Director of Facilities. I have to say in my 24 years at the School City, she was the most proactive District Athletic Director I met. Monica took pride and ownership in everything she did, which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring harmony with my Facilities Department by means of collaboration and hands -on work that surpassed many other administrators dedication to the overall success of the students and the City of East Chicago as a whole. She has the drive and spirit to keep tasks positive and flowing no matter how difficult the task. Her organizational skills in preparation of tournaments and such in one of the country's largest high school gymnasium's (at East Chicago Central) was methodical, organized, and successful, especially considering all with what she was tasked. I can confidently say any organization fortunate enough to have Monica in their employ will not be disappointed and will propel with her skills and dedication.
