As one of two program coordinators, I must develop methods to encourage students, employers, and programs to join or partner with RISE. For our student members, professional development workshops such as networking, resume-building, interview skill workshops are provided. My role involves translating documents such as program overviews, consent forms, questionnaires, and procedure instructions into Spanish; as well as conducting research with Spanish speaking families.
