Duties: Conceptualizacion, planning, implementation, management and evaluation of the Technical Financial Advisor (ATF) career in the microfinance sector in El Salvador , Perú, Ecuador and Mexico. ACHIEVEMENTS: • Implementation of the Technical Financial Advisor career en El Salvador with the system FEDECREDITO, being 90% based on the German dual system for vocational education and training. • Creation of a methodoloy toward educational design of textbooks and rotation manuals based on standars and the German dual systems for vocational training, currently resulting in: o 15 textbooks and 13 rotation manuals, being specific material for the ATF career in El Salvador. o 4 textbooks, wich are materials prepared for Mexico. • Training provided on dual training in El Salvador for 23 apprentices, 15 teachers, 110 trainers and parents. In Mexico, training of 4 experts who will become teachers of the career. • To the present time no apprentice has failed or abandoned the Technical Financial Advisor career.
