  Inside the Innovation department staff I provide support in new products creation and development, thanks to my technical experience.My role consist of the development of concept designs by making prototypes and prototype tools and testing them with an injection bench machine.Subsequently I take care of the industrialisation of the new product until the technical specifications are defined, as well as the manufactoring technology is developed at pilot scale.
