Monica is one of the most organized and clear-headed individuals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. We collaborated closely in the multimedia design team for a little over one year, when she had ALWAYS demonstrated strong project and time management skills. In fact, I don’t think time management was something she attempted. She just easily got way ahead of schedule and overdelivered. Despite having numerous projects on her plate, Monica would take time to either optimize the SOP or renovate our filing system in a chronological and coherent order, which in turn helped the team operate at higher efficiency. In a word: She raised the bar so high for me when it comes to finding new colleagues, and I’m not sure that is a good thing.:P

Very good skills for the management of design tools. Updated designs that do not lose ground in the industry. Hope opportunity to work together again.
