Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented, able to multi-task under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Proficient in computer programs, i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. Currently Administrator Integrating SAP program from a LoMaS-AS400 program. Monitor and ensure shipments are being loaded/shipped in a timely manner. Strong knowledge of preparation of shipping paperwork, Bills of Lading, Pick/Pack Lists, etc. Communicate with Customers and their customers to ensure continuous production and JIT deliveries. Ensure customer satisfaction when there are tough situations to resolve. Communicate with employees, give direction and monitor employee interactions and performance.
