As a Talent Acquisition Executive I am responsible for identifying potential candidates for job openings through various methods, such as job boards, social media, and referrals. ▪ I screen and assess candidates to determine if they are a good fit for the job and the company culture. This can involve reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and checking references. ▪ Often I am responsible for managing the hiring process from start to finish, which includes scheduling interviews, coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers, and making job offers. ▪ I build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements and repeat business. ▪ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure they are using the most effective methods for identifying and hiring top talent. ▪ Last but not least I provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing feedback throughout the hiring process.
